Preparing an order
Successful payment authorization begins the handling period. We normally need 1–2 business days to prepare and dispatch; travel with a carrier begins afterward. Please make sure your delivery address is accurate when the order is placed.
Shipping time and price
Transit after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days, subject to carrier and route conditions rather than a promised arrival date. Available services and their charges appear before purchase in checkout. The shop's present currency is CAD.
Updates or missing parcels
A tracking update is supplied when the carrier provides one. Holidays, weather, or a delivery-address problem can delay progress. If tracking stalls, a parcel is damaged, or a delivery scan appears without a parcel, email kobasumejib801@gmail.com with the order and tracking numbers. We will examine the available records and next steps.
